Which export formats are supported?

CSV (raw data), Excel (.xlsx with formatting and totals), and PDF (formatted, signed, printable). Each report picks one default; recipients can re-export in another format from the dashboard.

Can I restrict who sees a report?

Yes — per-report permissions plus row-level filters. The branch-manager headcount report only shows their branch; the company-wide one is HR-only. Configure once at report definition time.
