linkco is a Jordan-based software company. We build Link HR because we couldn't find an HR system that handled Arabic, Hijri calendars, and Jordan Labour Law the way our customers actually needed.

Why we exist

Most HR systems are translated, not built, for our region. Arabic feels like an afterthought; Hijri is missing; Jordan SSC has to be calculated outside the system and pasted back in. We've worked inside HR teams that fought their tools every month — and we built Link HR to be the tool we wished we had.

We started in Amman in 2024 with a single belief: an HR admin in Jordan should be able to run their entire HR operation in Arabic on the day they're onboarded, without compromise on accessibility, RTL fidelity, or correctness. Every screen we ship is tested in Arabic first. Every default — leave policies, SSC rates, bank formats — comes from the local market, not a global template.

We're not building for everyone everywhere. We're building for HR teams in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, and Egypt — companies that hire bilingually, pay in JOD or SAR or AED, and need to file with the SSC or GOSI or WPS by the end of the month. How we work
Local-first
Arabic, Hijri, MENA labour law, regional banks — all native, not retrofitted. We ship in the region's languages and calendars from day one.
Bilingual end-to-end
Every screen, every report, every letter works in Arabic and English. Employees pick the language they prefer; the system follows.
Mobile-ready
Most employees never log into the web app. The mobile app is the product for them — clock-in, leave, payslips, approvals, chat.
Transparent
Prices in JOD on a public page. Plans without surprise charges. Contract terms we'd sign ourselves. No "contact sales for everything."
