What is Linky?
Linky is Link HR's optional AI layer. It drafts letters, summarizes approval requests, extracts data from documents, and answers HR questions in plain Arabic or English. Every output is a draft your team approves — Linky never sends a letter or approves a request on its own.
Is Linky included in all plans?
Linky core (Letter Studio, Smart Onboarding, Approval Copilot) is included on the Growth plan and above. The full Linky suite — chat for employees, custom-data insights, multi-step automations — is included on Scale.
Can Linky write letters in Arabic?
Yes. Linky composes natively in Arabic — salary certificates, end-of-service letters, NOCs, warnings — using formal MENA business idiom. You can also produce a side-by-side Arabic + English letter from the same request.
Is my HR data used to train AI?
No. Tenant data is never used to train models. Linky runs on Anthropic's API under a zero-retention enterprise contract — conversations are not logged outside your tenant and not used for model improvement.
Can Linky approve requests on my behalf?
No. Linky proposes — drafts a letter, summarizes a request, flags a conflict — but a human HR or manager always presses the final button. We deliberately stop short of agentic actions for compliance reasons.
Does Linky work offline?
Linky's drafting and chat features require an internet connection. The rest of Link HR — clock-in, leave requests, payslips — works offline on mobile and syncs when you're back online.
