What's inside Attendance

Geo-fenced check-in

Define an office, branch, or site as a polygon on the map. Employees can only clock in within it. Selfie verification optional for high-trust roles.

Wi-Fi check-in (no GPS)

For office floors where GPS is unreliable, check-in can require the employee's phone to be on the office Wi-Fi network. Indoor-friendly, battery-friendly.

Shift roster builder

Drag-and-drop shifts onto a weekly grid. Rotation patterns, swaps, and split shifts — built for retail and field teams.

Late, break, overtime tracking

Late entries flag automatically per policy. Breaks (paid and unpaid) deduct accurately. Overtime calculates at 1.25x weekdays and 1.5x weekends per Jordan Labour Law defaults.

Feeds payroll directly

Timesheets close at end of cycle and feed payroll without a CSV export step. Re-open a closed sheet only with audit-logged HR approval.

Works offline on mobile

Field crews check in even with no signal. Logs sync when the phone reconnects, with the original timestamp preserved.

Who uses Attendance most
Retail teams
Branch managers see the day's roster, late flags, and shift coverage from one tablet on the front counter.
Field crews
Engineers check in from the site, see today's job list, log overtime hours — all from mobile, all offline-capable.
Office workers
Wi-Fi clock-in from the laptop or phone. Hybrid policies (3 days in, 2 days out) configurable per role.
Frequently asked

How precise is geo-fenced check-in?

How precise is geo-fenced check-in?
Configurable per site, with a default radius of 100m. Tighter radii (down to 25m) work for small offices; larger (up to 1km) for industrial sites. Selfie verification kicks in when GPS drifts beyond the boundary.
Can we use Wi-Fi instead of GPS?
Yes — set up Wi-Fi BSSIDs per office and require the employee's phone to be connected before check-in. Works for multi-floor offices where GPS is unreliable. Battery-friendly because it doesn't poll location.
How is overtime calculated?
Jordan Labour Law defaults — 1.25x for weekday overtime, 1.5x for weekly rest day, 1.5x for public holidays. Configurable per branch and per employee category. The number flows into payroll automatically.
Can I build complex shift rotations?
Yes. Rotations (4-on-4-off, morning/afternoon/night cycles), split shifts, swaps between employees, and shift templates per role. Bulk-publish a month's roster in one save.
Does mobile work offline?
Yes. Check-in, check-out, break logs, and timesheet views all work offline. When the phone reconnects (even days later), logs sync with the original timestamps preserved. Late flags evaluate against the original time, not the sync time.
How does it feed payroll?
Timesheets close at the end of the pay cycle and flow into payroll as worked hours, overtime hours, and absence days — no CSV export, no copy-paste. Re-opening a closed timesheet requires HR approval and logs to the audit trail.
